Anastasia's Birth Doula Package

The birth doula package includes 2 prenatal appointments, availability via text/e-mail/phone from the time she is hired until 6 weeks postpartum, on call for your birth from 38 weeks until baby arrives, continuous labor support, and a minimum of one postpartum visit.

Prenatal visits are always personalized to meet each families needs. We will go over your ideal birth, fears, create a birth plan, discuss comfort measures, postpartum plans, and any other specific concerns/needs you and your partner may have.
